I offer you a very quick and simple recipe for potatoes with mushrooms in sour cream. Such a dish is perfect for breakfast, since it will not be difficult to prepare it. In addition, the potatoes are very tasty and aromatic.
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cover with water and cook until almost cooked. You don't need to salt the potatoes. Potatoes should be pierced with a fork, but not falling apart. Cut the potatoes into semicircles 5-7 mm thick.
Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown.
Cut the champignons into slices.
Add mushrooms to a frying pan with potatoes, salt and pepper. Mix the contents of the pan well and fry for 6-7 minutes.
After this time, add sour cream to the pan.
Mix mushrooms and potatoes with sour cream and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Finely chop the parsley and garlic. Garlic can be passed through a press, but I decided to just chop it. Add them to the pan at the end of cooking and stir. Cover the pan with a lid for 5 minutes and serve immediately.
