A hearty dish. It takes a little longer to cook than just potatoes with mushrooms, but the serving is more effective. You can bake potatoes and prepare the mushroom filling in advance, and before the guests arrive, just grate the cheese, chop the herbs, stuff the boats and bake them for 10 minutes.
Prepare potatoes, mushrooms, onions, sour cream and some cheese.
Peel the potatoes and brush with vegetable oil.
Wrap the potatoes in foil. Bake in oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. Remove the potatoes and let cool slightly.
At this time, prepare the mushroom filling. Peel the mushrooms.
