The dish, the recipe of which I want to share, is easy to prepare and will take you very little time. Oven baked zucchini stew is perfect for both vegetarians and those on a diet. For me, such a stew is sometimes a salvation.
Of course, a fresh tomato can be replaced with a canned one, but it will not be the same, not the right taste.
You can also take any zucchini, I have zucchini.
