When there is no time to stand at the stove for a long time, but the soul asks for something tasty and satisfying, a slow cooker and a favorite vegetable - potatoes - come to the rescue. In combination with sour cream and spices, potatoes baked in a sleeve acquire a delicate creamy taste and a light aroma of paprika and coriander. These potatoes just melt in your mouth. It goes well with any meat and fish dishes, salads and snacks.
To bake potatoes in sour cream in a slow cooker, you will need potatoes and sour cream, mustard, spices and salt, and a little vegetable oil. Potatoes of any kind are suitable for cooking potatoes baked in sour cream, as long as they are not too crumbly. Cut off the peel thinly and rinse the peeled vegetables. Cut the potatoes into slices or halves.
Make a sour cream dressing: pour sour cream into a bowl, add mustard, ground coriander, ground paprika, and any other spices you wish. Stir.
Put the chopped potatoes into a roasting sleeve, salt and, holding the free end of the sleeve, shake so that the potatoes are evenly salted.
Now pour sour cream sauce with mustard and spices into the sleeve, mix in the same way, pinching the free end of the sleeve.
Let some of the air out of the sleeve and tie the loose end. The potatoes can now be sent to the multicooker for baking.
Lubricate the bottom of the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. Send the sleeve with the potatoes to the multicooker, close the lid tightly and set the "Baking" mode to 40 minutes.
After the beep, wait 5 minutes, and then carefully remove the sleeve, cut the cellophane. Remember that there is a lot of hot steam inside. You can serve potatoes baked in sour cream immediately, decorating with a sprig of greens before serving.
This garnish can be served with any meat dish, fish or salad. Potatoes baked in sour cream also go well with fresh or pickled vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
