I love young potatoes, especially baked whole in the oven, in a peel, with rosemary, garlic, and my favorite spices! Fortunately, where I live, young potatoes can be bought at the store any time of the year, so I often cook them as a side dish with main dishes, especially since it's so easy to cook!

We will prepare all the products according to the list.
Wash young potatoes under running water and dry with paper towels.
Cover the form with foil so that you do not wash it later, and put the potatoes in the form. I use an old skillet for baking.
Tear off the leaves from the rosemary sprig. If you don't have fresh rosemary, use dried rosemary.
Sprinkle the potatoes with rosemary.
Peel the garlic and chop finely with a knife.
Add the garlic to the potatoes in the skillet. Pour olive oil over the potatoes.
Sprinkle potatoes with coarse sea salt, mix well with butter and spices. Cover the form with foil and send the potatoes to an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
Then we take out the mold and turn the potatoes over to the other side. Cover with foil again and cook for another 20 minutes.
