Potatoes with mushrooms stewed in milk are very tasty. I propose to cook this dish in a slow cooker. Suitable spices: dill, thyme, mixtures of Provencal or Italian herbs. Choose oil to taste or for a change: sunflower, olive or butter.
Prepare the ingredients:
First, fry the chopped onion in oil on the "frying" or "multi-cook" mode, add a little salt.
Add chopped mushrooms, sauté everything together.
Cut the potatoes into cubes. Switch the mode to "Stew" and add potatoes to the mushrooms.
Pour in milk, sprinkle with selected spices.
My daughter does not eat mushrooms, so at the same time I will cook just steamed potato slices for her.
Simmer potatoes with mushrooms for about 1.5 hours.
Potatoes with mushrooms in a slow cooker are ready.
