Cheese: 100 grams;

Breadcrumbs;
Vegetable oil;

Savoy cabbage dishes are in no way inferior in taste to white cabbage dishes. They turn out prettier, brighter and juicier.
Prepare a small head of savoy cabbage, cheese, sour cream, eggs, and bread crumbs.
Remove the top leaves from the cabbage. Cut off the thickening from the rest of the leaves.
Boil the leaves in boiling salted water for 4 minutes.
Grate the cheese.
Add sour cream to the cheese and stir.
Salt the eggs and beat with a fork.
Place a little filling in each cabbage leaf.
Roll the cabbage leaf into an "envelope".
Dip each "envelope" in an egg.
Then roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry on both sides in vegetable oil.
Serve hot.
