For novice cooks or those who have just bought themselves such an assistant as a multicooker and have not yet got used to it, I offer this simple recipe for making delicious crumbly buckwheat in a multicooker.
If you want to get very boiled buckwheat, then slightly increase the amount of water, and vice versa, reduce it for a more crumbly version. In the standard version, the ratio of cereals and water is 1 to 2.
To cook buckwheat in a slow cooker, we need it.
If necessary, we sort out the cereals, rinse.
Pour it into the multicooker bowl, turn on the "frying" mode and fry the cereals with butter for several minutes. You can skip this step. I often fry without oil until a pleasant smell, then the taste of boiled buckwheat is completely different.
Then turn off the frying. We add water, salt as desired (I do not salt). We close the lid and turn on the "buckwheat" or "cereal" or "rice" mode, depending on the model of your multicooker.
Delicious crumbly buckwheat in a slow cooker is ready.
It can be served as a side dish or as a separate dish.
Enjoy your meal!
