A multicooker is an irreplaceable assistant in the kitchen. One of the advantages of a multicooker is that it can serve as both a frying pan, a saucepan and a double boiler. Therefore, the utensils for cooking this dish you need 2 times less. According to this recipe, we first steam cauliflower and then fry it. It turns out juicy and very tasty.

Prepare the food you need.

Wash cauliflower and disassemble into inflorescences. Pour water into the multicooker bowl (about 2 cups). Place the steaming tray. Place the cabbage inflorescences on the tray.

Switch on the Steam cooking program. Close the lid of the multicooker and wait until the end of the program. Then remove the cabbage and leave to cool.

Drain the water from the multicooker bowl and wash it. Do this gently as it is hot.

Beat eggs with a pinch of salt. Dip the cooled cauliflower in an egg.

Then roll in breadcrumbs.

Set the "Fry" program in the multicooker.

Put butter in a multicooker bowl. When the oil starts to crackle slightly, put the bread-coated cabbage in the multicooker bowl. Fry on all sides with the lid open until light golden brown. In time it will take about 10-15 minutes.
