Tofu - 200 grams;
Asparagus beans - 150 grams;
Champignons - 150 grams;
A mixture of vegetables (bell peppers, peas, corn, carrots, etc.) - 150 grams;
Leeks - 1 pc;
Light liquid honey - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
Starch - 1 tsp;
Salt to taste;
Condiments (red hot peppers, basil, oregano) - to taste;
Vegetable oil for frying - 3 tablespoons;
Sesame - 2 tbsp spoons.
For the marinade:
Vegetable oil (olive, sesame or sunflower) - 2 tbsp. spoons;
Soy sauce - 3 tbsp spoons;
Ginger - a circle about 1.5 - 2 cm thick;
Garlic - 1 clove.

Calcium, iron, selenium, protein, omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids - all this and much more is contained in Tofu soy cheese. Such a rich composition makes this product simply irreplaceable during Lent. Vegetables are always healthy. I used frozen vegetable mixes, but of course you can use fresh vegetables. All of these ingredients make a terrific side dish or stand-alone dish, whichever you prefer.
Prepare the food you need.
Prepare the Tofu marinade. Mix vegetable oil with soy sauce. Pass the garlic through a press. Grate the ginger on a fine grater. Mix everything.
Cut the tofu into small cubes.
Pour the marinade over the Tofu and leave for at least an hour. You can marinate the tofu the day before and store in the refrigerator.
Rinse the champignons well. Cut into large pieces.
Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
Add vegetables to the onion and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add mushrooms to vegetables and fry for another 5 minutes.
Then cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes. If not enough liquid, add some water.
Drain the marinade from the tofu. Fry the tofu in another skillet in vegetable oil.
Add liquid honey to the tofu marinade.
And add the starch. Stir well.
Add spices to vegetables. Season to taste (not too much as soy sauce is also salty).
Add the Tofu cheese to the vegetables and pour the marinade over the vegetables. Mix gently.
Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds. Serve warm.
