Rice with spinach looks like a complete dish on its own. It is, but in fact it is also a field for experiments.
Spinach (frozen) - 200 g
Rice (round grain) - 220 g
Water - 400 ml
Green onions - small bunch (15-20 g)
Fresh dill - small bunch (5-10 g)
Lemon (medium-sized) - 1 pc.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

Spinach rice can be easily "refined" by adding ingredients to taste. For example, you can put slices of feta cheese, Adyghe cheese, feta. At the frying stage, you can add grated carrots, pieces of tomato without the skin.
Rice is best taken with round grain. The proportions of rice and spinach are not a dogma, changes in any direction are possible.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add chopped green onions and dill "legs".
Let them down slightly. Add spices to taste, such as black pepper.
Put spinach in a skillet, lightly fry it. Add washed rice.
Pour in hot water, add salt to taste, stir, bring to a boil, and reduce heat to low, cook (covered) for about 20-30 minutes, until rice is fully cooked.
Put chopped dill "tops" into cooked rice with spinach. Stir the cooked rice by fluffing it with a fork.
It is advisable to sprinkle the finished rice with lemon juice.
