Today I want to share with you a recipe for making a delicious pumpkin in sour cream and garlic sauce. On the weekend, I cut a huge pumpkin and cooked several dishes at once, but I liked this side dish so much that I cooked it for the next two days until the pumpkin ran out. The recipe is actually very simple, but pumpkin lovers will appreciate it. Everything is also prepared quite quickly, the main thing is to pre-cut and peel the pumpkin (this process takes me more time than the preparation of the dish itself).
Prepare all the necessary products from the list.
Cut the peeled pumpkin into large pieces, chop the garlic.
Pour sour cream into a separate container, add garlic and chopped parsley to it. The sauce is ready.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put pumpkin slices in one row and fry on both sides.
Add sauce to the pumpkin, season with salt and pepper.
Stir the pumpkin and sauce well, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
