Potato dishes are very popular and loved by many, and even more so with mushrooms! What could be tastier than baked potatoes with mushrooms ?! I suggest you cook potatoes with mushrooms in an unusual way. First, the potatoes will be fried a little on their own, then stewed with mushrooms and then baked in the oven with aromatic herbs. I am sure that having cooked potatoes in this way you will fall in love with this recipe and will cook potatoes like this more than once.
For cooking, we need potatoes, mushrooms, sunflower and a little butter, garlic, French herbs, salt and black pepper.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
Rinse the mushrooms well if dry and pour boiling water for 20-30 minutes.
Heat the oil mixture in a frying pan, put the garlic chopped into slices and fry until transparent. Add potatoes to the pan and fry for about 7 minutes.
Add mushrooms to potatoes along with liquid. If you are using fresh mushrooms, add a glass of hot water to the pan. Simmer mushrooms and potatoes for about 12-14 minutes.
During this time, prepare a fragrant dressing. Mix herbs, salt and pepper with 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil. It is not necessary to use a ready-made mixture of herbs, but to choose your favorite ones and combine them to your taste.
Grease the form with half of the dressing, put the potatoes with mushrooms and pour over the second half of the dressing. Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees and bake the potatoes for about 25 minutes.
Serve ready-made potatoes with mushrooms and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
