Assorted vegetable puree is tasty, healthy and will add variety to your daily menu. Such vegetable puree can be both an independent dish and a side dish for meat, poultry, fish. Add oil to your taste - butter or vegetable, it turns out harmoniously in any version.
To make vegetable puree, prepare the ingredients according to the list.
Vegetables need to be washed and peeled.
I suggest boiling potatoes separately from all other vegetables, because mashed potatoes are best cooked by hand with a pusher, and other vegetables are mashed with a blender.
Use a slow cooker or just a saucepan for cooking vegetables.
In a slow cooker, you can simultaneously boil potatoes in water, and all other vegetables can be steamed over it.
Potatoes and zucchini for cooking need to be chopped, medium-sized carrots, onions and garlic cloves should be left intact.
In small young zucchini, the seeds can be left or removed after boiling; in large zucchini, use seedless pieces of pulp for cooking.
