In our family, spinach takes one of the places of honor. Everyone loves him. But most often we cook it according to this recipe. It can be either an independent dish or an additional side dish. In winter, we cook spinach in a frozen spinach sour cream sauce. It's very tasty, I advise you to cook it. To cook spinach in sour cream sauce, we need the foods on the list.
We examine the spinach leaves, cut off the roots. It is not necessary to cut the stems, they are soft and juicy.
Put water in a large saucepan to boil. We do not cut the leaves. My spinach. We do it like this: we take cold water into the sink, put spinach into the water, sort it out, then take it out. Sand remains at the bottom of the sink. We repeat the process several times until there is absolutely no sand left.
Meanwhile, water was boiling in the pan. We send the spinach to cook. From the moment of boiling, cook for 3-4 minutes.
Drain the spinach into a colander. We take kitchen scissors and cut the spinach with them right in a colander.
Finely chop the dill.
Fry flour in a mixture of vegetable and butter. It should change color quite a bit.
We dilute flour with hot milk.
Add sour cream and spinach. Squeeze out the garlic and finely chopped garlic.
