A gourmet dish to serve or stand alone. I do it with canned beans, and therefore easy and quick to prepare.
Ingredients
Bulgur - 0.5 cups
Canned red beans - 220 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Butter - 20 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Dried parsley to taste
Dried basil - to taste
Fresh dill - to taste

Whoever cooked Bulgur at least once, I am sure, will love it for life. I, at least for sure! Insanely healthy golden cereal does not require rinsing, and after frying in butter it is cooked in a matter of minutes and turns out to be crumbly, tender - delicious!
Bulgur goes well with beans. I discovered this after preparing this dish.
Take canned red (white will merge with the groats) beans, add to the finished bulgur and get an exquisite dish, having tasted which guests will be surprised and ask for more.
Cut the onion into small cubes.
Saute with butter for literally 5 minutes.
Add bulgur and spices: basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
Mix and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Pour the contents of the pan with water and simmer over low heat until the liquid is absorbed and the cereal is cooked.
Then add canned beans without liquid and fresh herbs to bulgur.
Mix again, heat everything together for a couple of minutes and insist under the lid for 5 minutes.
Bulgur with beans is ready! We serve to the table and enjoy ourselves. Enjoy your meal!
