Petiole celery - 2 pcs;
Water - 1 glass;
Salt, spices, to taste.

Vegetable stew is very popular and loved by many. The composition of vegetables varies and depends entirely on your taste. To make it tasty, it is important not to overexpose it on fire in order to preserve the light crunch and the delightful taste of fresh vegetables. As soon as the potatoes are soft, you can safely turn off the heat.
Place finely chopped onions and butter in the patch.
Fry the onion lightly until it is soft enough.
Cut the potatoes into large enough pieces.
Cut the carrots into circles.
Free the celery from external fibers and chop.
Add chopped potatoes, carrots and celery to the patch of onions.
Cut the cabbage into large enough pieces.
Chop the courgettes.
Add cabbage and zucchini to the patch.
Chop the tomatoes.
Add chopped tomatoes to the patch of vegetables.
Add salt, pepper, spices.
Pour hot water and put the patty with vegetable stew in an oven preheated to 200 g for 30 minutes.
Remove the finished stew from the oven.
Can be laid out on plates and served. Sprinkle with herbs on top.
