I suggest making a fragrant bright yellow risotto with gorgonzola. Despite its simplicity, it tastes rich. The use of spicy cheese gives this risotto an absolutely unique taste. It is best to use saffron threads, because their smell and color cannot be compared with ground.
To prepare risotto with gorgonzola and saffron, you must prepare the ingredients according to the list.
Heat olive oil in a heavy frying pan and fry finely chopped onion in it until transparent.
Add rice and fry for 2-3 minutes, allowing the rice to soak in the oil and onion aroma.
Pour in wine and, stirring occasionally, let it evaporate halfway. Gradually, ladle by ladle, add hot water or broth. Keep on fire for 18-20 minutes.
