Sorrel is the most inexpensive spring plant containing a lot of useful vitamins, mineral elements and acids that are so necessary for our body. Most often we are used to preparing first courses or filling for pies from sorrel, but today we will prepare a very unusual dish - fried sorrel. This is not just a dish, but rather a base for many salads or side dishes, and there are many ways to serve fried sorrel.

For pan-fried sorrel, prepare the food listed. Rinse greens, dry.

Dry the sorrel with a paper towel, remove the stems, they are very fibrous.

Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, add chopped green onions and the white part of the garlic. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes, the greens should become soft, not crispy.

Then we add sorrel, I put it whole. If desired, you can grind it slightly.

In a frying pan, sorrel cooks very quickly, about a minute, so as soon as the sorrel lets out the juice, immediately salt it lightly, pepper, sprinkle with chopped dill and immediately remove the pan from the stove.
