Zucchini pasta in creamy tomato sauce is a great option for a quick dinner.

Having once tried a combination of trade winds and cream, I can no longer say goodbye to it. This is delicious! I repeat, since I already wrote in one of the recipes, if you do not have trade winds (mashed tomatoes), you can safely dilute ordinary tomato paste with water to the state of tomato juice, only a little thicker.

You can take either 30% or 35% cream, but keep in mind that as it cools, the dish will become denser than with 20% cream. The way out, by the way, is also simple: you can add a little milk to the cream 30% -35%.

It is better to take the pasta that can retain the sauce in itself. Spaghetti, linguini, pappardelle and others are not entirely suitable here.

And also note that the number of products given in the list of ingredients is approximate. You can safely increase or decrease something during the cooking process, make the sauce thicker or thinner - as you like.

Cook the pasta that you have according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, start making the sauce.

Fry the finely chopped onion lightly.

Add zucchini, cut into half rings, to the cauldron with onions.

Fry, stirring occasionally, for a few minutes.

Then add the cream and the trade wind. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat the mixture over low heat.

Add the finished paste, stir.
