Potatoes with sour cream in a pot is a dish that my grandmother rarely cooked. The village in which we spent the summer consisted of seven houses and was located two kilometers from the asphalt road. And it was not always possible to drive these two kilometers by car - most of the year the road was passable only for tractors. But if a lot of food was brought from the city, and several cans of sour cream appeared in the house, then … Mmmmm !!!
Of course, my grandmother cooked this yummy in a Russian oven. I made it in the oven - it is inferior in aroma, there is nothing to talk about; and the potato is baked a little differently … but the most delicious - evaporated sour cream - remains all the same tasty !!! What kind of feta cheese is there … My own child was shocked, crushed and crushed, and immediately asked why I had not done this before? Listen, I just forgot that there is such a recipe as potatoes with sour cream in a pot! As a child, I got it once a year and not every year. The consumption of sour cream is too high. But the taste and originality of the dish is just super!
