Since there are a lot of zucchini and I want to invent a bicycle))), i.e. cook something like that … But, as is often the case, the favorites usually remain a simple and unpretentious recipe for fried zucchini with garlic and sour cream. It turns out to be fat and tasty))) Therefore, I recommend that those with a dietary mind look for more suitable options.

Let's prepare the necessary components.

We take the zucchini, wash it, if necessary (if you have it old and tough), cut off the peel. And cut into rings about 1 cm thick.

Mix flour and salt. Choose the amount of flour and salt at your discretion.

While the frying pan is warming up, roll the zucchini circles in the salt-flour mixture. Someone does it one at a time and immediately puts it in the pan. And someone pours the flour mixture into a bag, throws in a few circles of zucchini and, shaking, rolls several pieces at a time. Do as you like.

Pour oil into a preheated frying pan and put the rolled circles in the frying pan. Fry covered over medium heat for about 2 minutes on one side. Then turn over and fry under the lid for another 2 minutes. Well, then take it out on a plate. Alternatively, blot with a paper towel to remove excess oil.

In the meantime, we will fry all the zucchini, in two minute breaks, you can make sour cream sauce. To do this, finely chop the dill.
