Today we will cook Boulanger potatoes - delicate, creamy, with a ruddy crust - an impeccable taste! The basis of the dish is potatoes, which must be cut into thin plates, after which we will bake potatoes with onions in a milk-broth mixture. The result is incredible, I often cook such potatoes for guests, everyone likes it. I hope you will also be happy with the result. You can serve potatoes to the table with vegetables, pickles, meat dishes, poultry, etc.
Prepare all products according to the list. Then you need to warm up the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
Peel potato tubers, wash and dry, cut into very thin slices - using a special grater.
