Lean sauerkraut hodgepodge with wild mushrooms is a full-fledged main dish or side dish.
Sauerkraut - 300 g
Forest mushrooms - 100 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Sweet paprika (ground) - 1 tsp
Dried garlic (ground) - 1 tsp

A delicious recipe for a lean table of sauerkraut and wild mushrooms. My mushrooms are frozen, you can also take dried ones, having previously soaked them in water.
Lean sauerkraut hodgepodge is not only dietary, but also healthy, and what a mushroom aroma from it! It is good to take unrefined sunflower oil with a smell for cooking, it will give the dish a sunflower flavor familiar from childhood.
Pour oil into a pan, put mushrooms, cut into strips.
Fry the mushrooms until excess moisture evaporates and a light crust.
Chop the onion and tomato at random.
Put mushrooms with oil, cabbage, vegetables in a deep frying pan. Add paprika, garlic and salt to taste.
Fry the lean sauerkraut hodgepodge, covered, with stirring, until the cabbage is soft.
Serve well with herbs.
