Thanks to shock freezing, people have learned to preserve the maximum of nutrients in frozen vegetables. You can buy a vegetable mix like mine or a similar mixture at any grocery store. With it, you can easily and quickly prepare lunch or dinner, I will tell you how to do this in a multicooker.
My purchased vegetable stew includes such products: eggplant, zucchini, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, sweet peppers. And although the potatoes and onions were already in the set, I added them additionally fresh to make a larger portion)
To cook frozen vegetables in a slow cooker, prepare the food listed.
Peel and chop the onion, rub the peeled carrots on a coarse grater.
Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, turn on the "Fry" mode and fry the carrots and onions a little.
Then turn off the "Fry", add frozen vegetables.
Add chopped potatoes for volume.
Sour cream diluted with water, salt, pepper and your favorite spices.
Let's turn on the "Extinguishing" mode for 20 minutes.
At the end of the program, mix and place on plates.
