Ingredients
Potatoes - 5-6 pcs.
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp l.
Aromatic sunflower oil - 1-2 tbsp. l.

Who doesn't love potatoes? I think there are only a few such people! You can cook an incredible amount of dishes from potatoes! I want to offer you a wonderful side dish of potatoes baked in tomato sauce. You can use both fresh tomatoes and frozen tomato puree in this recipe. It is advised to simply punch the tomato into a homogeneous mass with a blender, but I prefer to blanch it first or grate the pulp on a grater so that there is no skin. You can choose any method that suits you, it will not affect your taste.
To prepare the side dish, prepare the required ingredients from the list.
Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into large slices. For medium-sized potatoes, cut into 4 pieces.
Place the potatoes in a deep bowl, add the tomato puree, paprika, coriander, salt, pepper and basil. Mix.
Also add soy sauce, sunflower oil and chopped garlic. Stir well again.
Put the potatoes in a baking dish. Cover the mold with foil and send the potatoes to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
After this time, the soft, aromatic potatoes are ready to eat.
