Summer is the time for fresh vegetables, berries and fruits. It's time to stock up on nutrients and vitamins for the winter. I, for example, with great pleasure lean on fresh green beans and broccoli. Plus I am breathing unevenly towards Asian cuisine, so we will cook our green vegetables in a spicy wok sauce with hints of chili. You can easily buy wok sauce in any supermarket, so I didn't prepare it myself, I used the ready-made one.
To cook green vegetables in a wok sauce, prepare the food listed.
Cut off the tough ends of the beans and divide the broccoli into small inflorescences. Boil vegetables in boiling water for 2.5-3 minutes, then immediately rinse them with cold water.
Combine wok sauce with chili sauce and starch.
Heat the oil well in a skillet or wok. Lay out the prepared vegetables and add the sauce.
Cook green vegetables in wok sauce over high heat, stirring constantly, for 5-7 minutes.
