An unusual combination of conventional products: buckwheat and fine thin vermicelli! Cheap and cheerful, but also hearty and tasty!
Buckwheat - 1 glass
Thin noodles - 1 cup
Little creamy - 65 g
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Svan salt - 1 pinch
Water - 600 ml

I want to note that buckwheat with noodles is a dish that attracts with its cheapness, because it turns out, in fact, a penny. But in terms of satiety (I believe that thanks to the vermicelli) and a sufficiently high nutritional value (here thanks to buckwheat), such a meal is very advantageous!
The technology is simple, but you have to tinker a little to get a crumbly dish with a good consistency.
Vermicelli need thin, small straws, or as it is also called - "cobweb".
Fry the vermicelli, stirring often, until browning. Add 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and, stirring, fry for another minute or two.
We do the same with buckwheat: lightly fry until a slight aroma, add 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and fry a little more. Pour in 300 ml of water, add salt and cook until tender - 15-20 minutes.
Pour vermicelli with 300 ml of water and boil for 5-8 minutes, until tender. The vermicelli should be soft.
Throw the finished noodles on a sieve, let the water drain. Due to the presence of oil, the vermicelli will not stick together.
Combine ready-made buckwheat and noodles. Stir.
Melt the butter and add it to the buckwheat and vermicelli.
Sprinkle the dish with Svan salt. This is an optional ingredient, but it harmoniously complements buckwheat with noodles, so you can try adding such a spice.
Stir all the ingredients again and serve the finished dish while hot.
