Today I offer you a variant of stewed cabbage with champignons and green beans. The dish can be served as a side dish for meat dishes or as an independent dish. They can diversify the menu in the post. Calculate the offered products depending on the volume of dishes and the number of eaters. You can take vegetables and mushrooms in any quantity.
To prepare the dish, prepare the necessary ingredients from the list.
Peel the onions and carrots. Cut carrots into strips, onions - into cubes.
Rinse the mushrooms, cut them into slices.
Chop the cabbage.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onions and carrots until the onions are soft, add the mushrooms and cook until the liquid evaporates from the mushrooms.
Add cabbage to the pan, season with salt, add pepper, curry and bay leaf.
Add tomato juice to the pan, mix everything well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
