Eggplant sautéed in a slow cooker can be attributed not only to a festive side dish. Chilled vegetable sauté is also perfect for a winter salad snack. In the first and second cases, the dish turns out to be “soulful” - juicy, tasty and healthy.

Eggplants need tough and ripe. All other products are taken from the list. You will not find any seasonings or spices in the composition. It seems to me that they beat off the true taste of the eggplant sauté.
