Rice is my favorite cereal, so I often make various side dishes with it. Carcass rice with vegetables, make porridge with dried fruits and prepare interesting oriental side dishes with different spices.
Here's one of my favorite multicooker-adapted recipes. I looked at it somehow on the Internet and neatly copied it into my cookbook. I must say right away that the rice turns out to be quite spicy, so it is better not to get carried away with spices in other dishes.
In the photo, the ingredients for cooking spicy rice: spices (cloves, pepper, coriander, cinnamon), butter, long rice.
We also combine all the spices, salt, sugar. Grind the cloves into small pieces. You can also use whole coriander and grind it yourself in a mortar.
We turn on the multicooker in the "Frying" mode, put butter, spices, mix.
Then we spread the rice and fry for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour 1.5 cups of boiling water into the rice and bring to a boil in the same mode. Then we select the “Stew” mode and cook for 12-15 minutes.
Leave the rice in the heating mode for 20-30 minutes.
