This very easy way to prepare flavorful and juicy baked potatoes will help you prepare a side dish for a vegetable salad or any meat dish. Lard is also baked with potatoes, and if everything is done correctly, it will turn into very tasty cracklings, just like when frying in a pan.
Wash and peel young potatoes.
Cut each potato lengthwise, as in the photo.
Cut 8 pieces of bacon. In the absence of such, I used lard, but there is nothing better than lard with streaks of meat!
Finely chop the dill greens.
Put a piece of bacon on half of the potatoes.
Fasten the potatoes with lard halves on the sides.
Sprinkle potatoes with herbs, add a little salt. And wrap up. Do the same with the rest of the potatoes, and then put them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 1.5 hours.
To be honest, I was so hungry that I did not hold the potatoes in the oven until golden brown, but it still turned out very tasty.
