It is recommended for kids to use zucchini cooked in a double boiler in the form of mashed potatoes as the first complementary food, but then the vegetable must be cooked without salt.
Any variety is suitable for cooking steamed zucchini. I settled on zucchini zucchini. Their taste has a rich shade, and the pulp is more tolerant to cooking.
