With this recipe, I want to prove that lean dishes can be incredibly tasty, and the fast itself can be boring, interesting and satisfying. Make this puree if you are fasting or vegetarian and it will become your favorite - I assure you.
Prepare foods for making lean mashed potatoes in water. Peel the onions, carrots and potatoes, wash them under running water along with the dill. Clean the mushrooms with a hard kitchen sponge.
Cut the potatoes into large pieces, cover with cold water, add a little salt to it, cook for 15-20 minutes until tender, depending on the type of potato.
