I cook such a puree soup very often in the fall, the main ingredient is pumpkin, the rest of the vegetables are optional or whatever is at home at the moment. If cooked without cream, you get even less calories.
You will need such products and a 5-liter saucepan.
Cut the pumpkin into pieces. I have a pumpkin variety that does not need to be peeled, only seeds and pulp.
Peel and chop the potatoes at random.
Kohlrabi
Onion
Carrot
Red paprika
Finely chop the ginger (you can do without it)
Add 1 liter of water, salt or add seasoning for the soup and simmer until the vegetables are ready, it took me 40 minutes.
Saute everything with a blender.
Add cream, stir well with a blender.
Boil, taste, if necessary, add more salt and pepper.
The puree soup is ready. Very tasty!
