Ingredients

Cottage cheese - 250 g

Zucchini - 150 g

Salt - 0.5 tsp (or to taste)

Wheat flour - 3-4 tablespoons

Greens (dill, parsley) - 3 branches

Vegetable oil for frying - 50 ml

I bring to your attention a recipe for salted cheese cakes. The dough is kneaded not only from cottage cheese, eggs and flour, but also grated zucchini and finely chopped greens are added. The result is a worthy dish that can be served for breakfast or offered to your loved ones as a snack.

For their preparation, it is better to choose fatty cottage cheese, like homemade, then they will turn out to be unusually tender. Any greens can be used, in my case it is parsley. As for the vegetable marrow, of course, it is preferable to purchase a young vegetable, with a thin skin and soft seeds. Otherwise, you will need to clean and grind it in a food processor instead of a grater.

Zucchini cheesecakes with cottage cheese should be served warm with sour cream or sour cream sauce.

So, let's begin!

Prepare products for syrniki with zucchini and cottage cheese.

Put cottage cheese in a suitable container, beat in an egg and add salt to taste. Grind thoroughly with a fork or use a hand blender.

Separately grate the courgette on a medium mesh grater. If the zucchini is young, it is not necessary to peel it. Let the prepared vegetable stand for 5-7 minutes, then squeeze out the liquid (juice) thoroughly. Then send the zucchini shavings and finely chopped greens to a bowl with the curd mass.

Mix thoroughly and add sifted wheat flour.

Stir again and collect the dough into a ball. It should be soft and slightly sticky in consistency.

Divide the dough into 11 equal pieces and form medium-sized round, slightly flattened pieces.

Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until a beautiful golden brown.
