Knyshi is a dish of Belarusian cuisine. Delicious crunchy pies with flaky dough. Any filling can be. I cooked with potatoes.

Let's prepare the ingredients for the dough.

Mix warm water with vegetable oil and vinegar.

Beat eggs with salt separately.

Pour eggs into water and butter.

Pour in the sifted flour with baking powder.

Knead a soft elastic dough.

Prepare the ingredients for the filling.

Peel the potatoes, boil and puree, add finely chopped fried onions and finely chopped dill, mix.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer.

Spread the filling in an even layer on 1/3 of the dough.

Roll up into a roll.

Cut into "washers" 2-3 cm wide.

Wrap the edges, pinch.
