You can cook twirls with a variety of fillings, which makes this dish completely annoying. Fillings can be both sweet and salty, meat, fish, vegetable - there is a place to roam the imagination. Today I propose an option for making a pumpkin pie - a recipe for an amateur and a true connoisseur of this beautiful and healthy vegetable.
We need the following products:
Separate the yolk from the protein, both will be required, but at different times.
Mix the protein, a pinch of salt, water and 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Gradually adding flour, knead an elastic dough that does not stick to the hands and walls of the dishes. Cover it with foil and leave to rest for half an hour.
Meanwhile, let's prepare the filling: peel the pumpkin of seeds and peel.
Rub it on a medium grater. I did it in a combine, it turned out very quickly. Salt the resulting liquid and add 5 tablespoons of sugar.
Divide the rested dough into several equal parts, cover with a foil so that it does not wind up.
