In some sources, the name of this pie sounds like "Warsaw", somewhere it is called "Bulgarian", but the essence remains unchanged - there is no need to knead the dough. The preparation is very simple and quick, and the taste is amazing.
Ingredients.
Sift flour into a separate bowl, add semolina, sugar, baking powder and mix thoroughly.
Grate apples into another bowl.
Grease the form with butter and begin to collect the cake layer by layer: 1/3 of the loose part, then 1/3 of apples, a whisper of cinnamon and so on, alternating. Finish the layer with the loose part.
With a wooden stick we make several holes in the assembled cake.
Pour milk on top and grate three butter, distributing it evenly over the entire surface.
We put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. This cake is baked for about 1 hour. Readiness is determined by the golden pea.
