- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with a paper towel and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- In another small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice. Brush this butter mixture generously over the top and sides of each salmon fillet. Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning blend evenly over the fillets.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillets. The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
