- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick rounds. Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Lightly brush each slice with olive oil. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until they are lightly golden and crisp. Let them cool slightly.
- Spread a generous layer of softened cream cheese onto each toasted baguette slice.
- Spoon a small amount of cranberry pepper jelly over the cream cheese. Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh cranberries and a little fresh rosemary. Serve immediately.
