- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise into 3 smaller, thinner triangles.
- Place one cocktail sausage on the wide end of a dough strip and roll it up. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat for all sausages.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, packed brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Brush the glaze mixture generously over the tops of the rolled pigs in a blanket. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning, if using. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. They are best enjoyed warm.
Notes
Make-Ahead Tip: You can assemble the pigs in a blanket (without the glaze) up to a day in advance. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Brush with the glaze just before baking.
