- Add the feta cheese, cream cheese, pitted green olives, fresh dill, and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor. Secure the lid and blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the dip is completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure everything is well combined.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil and garnish with more chopped dill or crumbled feta if desired.
