Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz block feta cheese in brine, drained and crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup pitted green olives
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped

Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor
  • 1 Spatula

Method
 

  1. Add the feta cheese, cream cheese, pitted green olives, fresh dill, and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor. Secure the lid and blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the dip is completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure everything is well combined.
  2. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil and garnish with more chopped dill or crumbled feta if desired.

Notes

Use room temperature cheese for the smoothest blend.
A high-quality block of feta in brine will provide the best flavor and texture.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
