Ingredients
  

  • 48 square pretzels Or mini pretzel twists
  • 48 Rolo candies unwrapped
  • 48 pecan halves

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the pretzels in a single, even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Place one unwrapped Rolo candy on top of each pretzel.
  4. Bake for 3-5 minutes, just until the Rolo candies are soft and glossy, but not fully melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately press a pecan half gently onto the top of each softened Rolo.
  6. Allow the clusters to cool completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 10 minutes until the chocolate has firmed up.

Notes

Do Not Overbake: Watch the Rolos carefully. If they bake for too long, the caramel can become hard.
Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
