Method
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the pretzels in a single, even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Place one unwrapped Rolo candy on top of each pretzel.
- Bake for 3-5 minutes, just until the Rolo candies are soft and glossy, but not fully melted.
- Remove from the oven and immediately press a pecan half gently onto the top of each softened Rolo.
- Allow the clusters to cool completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 10 minutes until the chocolate has firmed up.
Notes
Do Not Overbake: Watch the Rolos carefully. If they bake for too long, the caramel can become hard.
